Dean Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker.
Your role
Duties include
- Delivering all aspects of personal care
- Record and help their personal goals
- Empower independence
- Promote and uphold the privacy, rights, dignity, health, and wellbeing of the individuals
- Emotional and physical support
- Following support plans
- Assist with daily activities

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months’ paid care experience
- Willing to complete specialist training subject to the needs of a client
- All positions and posts are subject to a DBS check
- Ability to work well under pressure and dealing with difficult situations
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Must be able to communicate effectively
